Timothy Gill, Lean Six Sigma Master Consultant

Timothy Gill has over thirty-five years experience in leadership both in the military and private sector. Tim served in the US Air Force as commander of two operational/ support Wings, and was the Inspector General for Pacific Air Forces. He also served as Director of the NORAD Planning Staff.

BACKGROUND

Since leaving the military, Tim served as Executive Vice President of a small, high technology, computer processing business. He then became a consultant and focused on helping cross-functional teams redesign critical processes, coaching upper management and managing educational workshops.

As Program Manager, Tim designed material, taught courses and/or served in several large and medium company deployments of LeanSixSigma change processes. He has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical, aerospace, chemical and utilities industries.

Tim served as a "Lead" on the lean6sigma rollout following GlaxoWellcome - SmithKline Beecham merger.

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS

Tim has a B.S. in Mathematics from Allegehny College and an M.S. in Systems Management from USC. He also is a graduate of the Industrial College of the Armed Forces and was a Senior Fellow at the National Defense University.
